I think you'd be better off just sending it to the hospital with the expansion in the first place.

He has asked an admin to remove it since he thinks the idea wasn't properly presented
But basicly he wants InterHospital Ambulances to do transports between hospitals -

What I do is build an EMS Station at the hospital itself.

His idea is something I had talked with him before
I think the German version has something like this, basicly you get missions that require an ambulance, and the mission is to transport between the hospitals (not sure if they would be from the POI or the ones we Built, not sure how it works exatly)
Also these would be like the events and would be some extra missions on top of the normal missions, which means more $$$ and also more funI'm trying to "research" the German Version a little to see how it works and get ideas to post it here on the forum and maybe we can get something new to the game

The Krankentransport call requires a KTW basically a patient transfer ambulance and a hospital. The calls spawn around the station and the nearest hospital to the station with the KTW.

Its non-911 runs it will take the patient to the hospital without going code 3 on what my understanding on the german side

Yes it's spawns as a normal call either at the hospital or within the range of the ambulance station. The unit runs without blues but is capable of providing care to some minor calls such as nosebleeds.

Oh I understand, we have the "same" ambulance here, they are usually from fire departments and they usually take patients in between hospitals and some other lower priority calls, also they have "non emergency transport ambulance" on the sides
