Can I just confirm that Flycars are dealing with “A” patients most of the time by themselves?
ALS/BLS update information.

there a some mistakes until yet, but no Prob. No mission with A Patients until yet. But BLS+ Fly Car is not working until now
-
To clarify, can BLS Ambulances transport?
Have had a few "A" calls. Most were handled and cleared by the BLS Units. One "Required an Ambulance" while the BLS Ambulance was on scene.
Just figuring out how the system is set up.
Thanks,

I see the new system starting to take shape. The A - E requirements are the opposite to what we have here in Australia (priority 1 - A would be most critical, and goes down as you progress through the alphabet - although we use numbers here). But I'll live as I know the United States do it as code 3 being more urgent than code 2
Anyhow - what is the meaning behind the other parts of the code? The centre letter is obviously the important part, but what do the other two sections as such refer to?
-
The first number indicates the chief complaint (Seizure, Difficulty Breathing, etc). The number and sometimes trailing letter after the main letter indicates a specific aspect within the condition.
These are based on a coding system when you call 911 (in America). The Dispatcher who takes the call begins interrogating the caller to determine what's going on and arrive at what the code is and proceed accordingly.
If I can, I can try to look harder at getting the full information from NAED.

https://wiki.radioreference.co…p/Priority_Dispatch_Codes This contains all the codes

It has come to my attention that a few calls are missing their codes, please if you see a mission where the patients don’t have their codes please post it here.
-
The Hemmorage Medical Call is missing their code.

Sorry if these are coming broken, I am sending them soon as I see them. I do have one question also, are the BLS ambos and Flycars working with this update or is it still ALS only? 2nd Screenshot is for the Officer Down Call.

So the Flycar + BLS Ambulance for ALS patients isn’t working?
The Hemmorage Medical Call is missing their code.

Officer down also doesn’t have codes?
Officed Down and the Brawl Police Missions have no codes in place.
Flycars and BLS Ambulances are not transporting together as an ALS resource like Locke12801 said.
Unless it is just me, Flycars still have problems taking over patients from on scene Fire or Police. Is this problem in the works of being fixed or was this suppose to be fixed by now?
-
Room fire, road accident and basement fire patients appear to be missing the new features
-
Hemorrhage no code
-
Food poisoning - 26-A-11
I got this call, I sent a BLS unit and it does not treat patient. Do I have to send an ALS unit as well? Or is the BLS supposed to treat and clear patient? I dont have many flycars so wasnt able to send one. Do I have to send only a flycar for these types of calls?
Thanks,
Mike

Small Flooding
14-A-1. I sent a BLS unit and it doesnt treat or clear patient. Had to send an ALS unit. Am I missing something in regards to this new update or is this an error with the update?
Thanks,
Mike

BLS Currently isn’t functioning along with the flycars treating 80% of the time for A calls. We are working on it.
-
oh okay. Thanks for the update.
-
I'm slightly confused, just needing clarification.
If I get a medical call and the patient code is 17-B-1C for example, does this mean two end units are required? 1 BLS for the B and 1 ALS for the C? Or does that mean a flyer must attend?
Thanks
Mike
