Canceling Units

  • Can we add the function of putting negative numbers into the alarm and response regulations? If missions are going to be de-escalating it would be helpful. Being that the current alarm and response regulations take the closest vehicle that it code 2, it would be nice to be able to cancel the farthest unit that is code 3.

  • It would require some significant recoding into the alarm and response regs for that to work.


    Currently the code just selects the closest vehicle chosen from your list of resources on the right and ticks the box for you. It doesn't do any server side interaction other than checking the unit you have requested is available.


    If there is some larger interest for this (people more than welcome to have their say!) then it can be considered but seeing as the new mission expansion feature being released later today is, for the majority, a case of missions getting larger you shouldn't see too many missions downgraded.

  • What about canceling alliance resources? The owner of the mission sgould be able to cancel alliance resources, maybe one of your engines free's up and there is no need for the alliance resource any longer. There is nothing more frustrating for me than traveling a long distance and while managing other calls, realize the call is complete/or they have enough now and my resource never made it in time and now there is a long drive back.
