I have notices that the Rescue/Ambulance when finished with its current patient- will automatically leave the scene, and if there was a unit assisting in treatment it will leave also- even if there are more patients that need an ambulance/ and/or the call still needing completion(in the case of the assisting unit) - has this been noticed by anyone else? And no there is not a EMS chief/command unit at all the missions to auto send to the hospital - the rescue /ambo iv never seen transport
Rescue/Ambulance leaving scene early

I believe this is related to the EMS standdown issue for premium accounts?
See the following:
EMS Command & Premium Auto-EMS Standdown (5 June 2021)
Hazmat Ambo and EMS engine (31 Jan 2021)
EMS Rescue EXCLUDED from Automatic EMS Standdown (17 Sept 2020)
I've had to turn off EMS Auto-Standdown myself due to EMS Rescue, CBRN Medics, TAC Medics leaving the scene when there is no more patients left to treat (either other ambulances are treating them or no more patients).

i actually dot have the EMS standdown activated, and in any case the Rescue/ambo will leave the scene with patients still needing an ambo, and any unit treating with the ambo will als leave the scene, needing to send it back for mission completion

My apologies, I misunderstood.
Is the Rescue/Ambulance going Status 7 or does it go to Status 1?
Cheers,

no worries - and to answer your question 1- and same with supporting Unit (if present)

Hi,
I have the same issue. I think it appears when there is an EMS Chief on scene with automatic assignment for patients. I noticed that sometimes even Battalion chiefs, engine or patrol cars leave the scene without a reason.

it would happen to me without either EMS chief or EMS command unit being present

Uncheck the stand down EMS under the setting tab in all your dispatch center. Since the ALS Rescue Ambulance is an EMS unit It'll auto stand down if it's checked.

I have that box "unchecked" and it routinely will release EMS units as well as the EMS Chief and then I have to send one back.

Check the edit page on all your EMS Chief units and see if the "Automatically assign a hospital to EMS". You'll have to check each one.

DragonBlade - the issue is not the rescue ambulance leaving the scene due to no patients - but rather the opposite - it leaves on its own- even if patients are still on scene, and as long as i have had the unit- it has never transported. only treat and release, then leave, and if there was a unit supporting the patient treatment- it leaves also

This has continued to be a program and it has been reported several times. I even used the link given to report it and received a reply that it would be fixed and it still happens. I know this to be the case because during an alliance event I found that most of the time in a "storm" the "road accident" would ask for a a rescue. So I started sending one and each time it would cancel and then I would be asked to send one later. Another problem is duplicate units. I have 5 medical helicopters spread out over 6 jurisdictions and when I go to the response tabs it shows I have 10
