That's possible. You can either move your buildings to the new location (costs 10 coins per building) or start building the new buildings at the new location. Unfortunately there's no quick and easy way.
I know this was directed at buggs but what i use it for is playing both my US & UK platform accounts simultaneously without having to log in and out all the time.
As far as im aware you cannot transfer between platforms, but you can have ONE account on any of the 24 platforms you wish.

Well for me, I prefer realism and true to life rather than how it looks.

I mean the Lssm is probably the closest to a mission cheif one as they make a script/mod for the game. And there is no official one but the Lssm one has about 2k players.

So I currently have 1 police station and 1 ambo station. If I move both of those building, will the call move with them. Or will the calls still come in at the old location?

That's not totally correct in the context of his question, POIs still have to be within range of the station.

What if I just delete the POI'S that I currently have and then rebuild them?
