I've found it interesting/annoying that bushfire vehicles aren't able to be used for things such as field fires, burning leaves etc. I was mainly wondering why, and if there is a plan in the future to include them on these missions

Hi Mozza the Medium/Heavy Tankers and Pump Tanker can all do those missions, it is only the Ultra Light and Light Tankers that cannot. Hope that helps.

Sorry, yeah, I did not clarify that very well. I meant, my issue was that Ultra-light and Light Tankers can't be used for more missions. They're used much more extensively in SA than they are in game. I imagine that would be the case in other states as well

Here in tassie Our 5.1 (light tanker) is used SO much on vehicle fires struc fires etc it only makes sense

The devs wanted certain vehicles to only be classed as bushfire so it didn’t make the game too easy.
Yes light tankers and ultra lights do a lot more in real life.
It was pushed very hard to get them to be classed as a fire truck as well. But they decided against it

Make it so Ultra lights can do a structure fire then no one will have pumpers. There needs to be limitations to keep the game a challenge and make you need to grind and the grind also encourages alliance members to work together with mission sharing and maximizing credit intake

Yeah, I wouldn't want them to be able to do a structure Fire, it was more the fact that they can't do little field fires, burning grass, burning leaves etc.

In tassie LTs only go to struc fires if theres a risk of vegitation fire But they go to basically every veg fire or bin fire etc
