Obviously Its a traveling Fan serial... You've Never heard of that?

Only thing I can think of, is that this is something to do with public order at major transport hubs ( like train stations) after something like a concert or sporting event. Though no idea what the "Serial" bit is about

My guess is possibly a event which likely have serial offenders in attendance. A Sports event with fans with a reputation of causing trouble possibly - hence the need for public order officers?

a serial refers to a singular carrier. 3 serials make up a PSU (Police support unit)

a serial is made up of 1 sgt and 7 or 8 PCs.

A PSU is made up of 1 inspector, 3 sgts and 21 or 24 PCs
