An the name of many people I would like to ask if it was possible to implement ALS and BLS ambulances ..
The ALS perform urgent services of advanced type
The BLS services, always emergency, but minor and not very serious (average severity) and maybe resignation from hospital

The BLS services, always emergency, but minor and not very serious (average severity) and maybe resignation from hospitalI have mentioned about this in a post a few months ago that a BLS unit can be added to the game for non-emergency calls that picks up the patient transferred to the hospital the germen part of the game has it.

I've been wanting to suggest that but I'm not 100% sure if in the US this system exists

We understand that BLS is something that people would like to see even if it is just in the way of a patient transport service, currently as letsgohope said it may be considered later on down the road but for the time being it isn’t a top priority.

it does exists in the US thats why you have private ambulance companies thats not in the 911 system !!!!

thats not fully true some areas yes private due transfers but there are some agencies that do them. mine doesnt go more than a prison medical transfer and one care facility which is in town literally across the street from the hospital but others may do just as many or some of the transfer calls but this ALS & BLS is something i think everyone wants to see including me but i also think that for ambulance services you should require training as it is a special task and with that training there would be EMT's and Medic's and Medic's would need to be a EMT before becoming a Medic
