I would like to see a police chief vehicle added with the same ability to assign a jail to law enforcement units much like the EMS Chief and EMS Mobile Command does for EMS units.

Maybe a police mobile command whcih is interchangeable with the fire MCV

More realistic would be police sergeant or some sort of shift commander.
Police chiefs don't go on calls unless it's a big deal and someone needs to be in front of a tv camera.

The devs DONT want death in there game, detectives can be looked at but deaths no. As tge devs want the game to be playable for all ages, and death isnt really required
