I have searched the whole entire forum in regards to this and I have found this. (Post was about a year or so ago)
This is probably a bug it wasn't counting as anticheat before but now it is form me?
Some clarity would be great so players don't get caught out.

I think it might be a bug, but wasn't sure if it was an intentional thing which is why I thought to ask before reporting as bug.
This is not a bug. Bearing in mind you have to be placing them on the same spot or near enough and also have quite a few for this to kick in and if you are doing this then you are trying to cheat the system and avoid paying for a full station so the anti cheat is working correctly.
They count towards the home response location count which isn't displayed in the dispatch center as it doesn't spawn calls
