I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue but having mass casualties delivered to a hospital ie just watched 20 ambulances drop off patients to a hospital but afterwards the hospital still shows 0 patients.

Did the ambulances for sure go to your hospital or do you have an alliance hospital in the exact same location that may have been "closer" by a few feet.

No I checked for alliance hospitals they still showed no patients.

I'm pretty sure this is the tax for patients transported to your hospital by other players.
You don't make money from your own patients at your own hospital.

Not from the hospital itself but you do get a transport credit.

I was clarifying because the way you wrote it was that people dont get ANY credits from transporting if you use your own hospital.
