can something be done about the game its taking about 2 minutes to do 1 call around 30 sec of lag for each button clicked and yes i refreshed the browser and cleaned the catach and restarted the game

I'm having the same issue here, Units taking up to a minute to dispatch, or calls taking up to 2 minutes to load the screen
When that update came out it got really smooth, but now it's getting laggy again
I thought it could be my computer but I've seen I'm not the only one with this issue as it seems -
Just trying to get the whole picture, are there any storms that are going on when your having the issues with lag?

I think he was talking about storms as in-game events
But no, with the storm event it gets even slower -
its due to the high amount of fire stations and calls that will lag the game.

I've noticed this as well as I now have 33 Fire Stations, 10 Ambulance Stations, 11 Police Stations, & 1 Medical Heli Station.
Not so much lag on the PC, More on the mobile app I see this issue.

High alliance calls will also play a role in lag. I like to 'red' all the call tabs besides my own.

Ok so i kinda had the same issue, but i have not noticed anything since due to not being able to play as much.

Yep, but it's weird
Sometimes I'm playing in 2 account at the same time and one takes ages to load and the other one is fine, other times they switch sides
On my main after dispatching the units they can take up to 40 seconds to be all dispatched (missions with 15 vehicles for example)
If you have let's say 20 calls that need to be dispatched it takes a while -

I just started using a graphics pack that I made when I have noticed this. Not sure if the size (as in the file size) matters......

Maybe it's because your lights are flashing too fast for your graphics card? xD

I'm able to have at least 100 of those flickering away nicely, for me the number of missions present, particularly during alliance events is a performance tester.

We are mainly talking about stuff loading which sounds more like a slow connection from the server side (I've got the "server under heavy load" message a few times)
From my experience the flashing doesn't affect game performance because for the computer it's just a sequence of images and some of mine have many of them to make the animation better, like this one [Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/VcsW6EL.png] so the high beams go lower and brighter again
Alliance events, those yes, those have a huge performance impact even when there are no units being dispatched (or responding/on scene), it just lags (more like FPS) -

Also, I'm not a big fan of UK emergency vehicles (mainly the wail siren, it's weird and sounds (really) weak in distance), but those units look great, good work
