No its not possible, storms lag a alliance enough x2 would crash the whole allainces games. Even 2 different ones don't work

This was due to people spamming alliances with multiple storms at once which was making the game unplayable for users so the limit was introduced

And we are thankful for the limit. It used to be a headache.
