I had a problem finding mine initially too. I went to the LSSM and opened the release notes and then went into the extended dispatch window and saved it and then logged completely out of the game and back in and they were there. I should clarify that by saying I am playing on a Laptop....not off the phone app

I did not really "change" anything. I should have been more clear. I just opened the extended alarm window and moved the position of one of my tabs and then moved it back to original place, which prompted me to save on exit. I saved, logged out of the game, cleared the cache on the browser, logged back into the game and they were there.

I just did the same thing, but unfortunately that doesn't work for me

could it be that there's a maximum distance set on smokejumpers and wildland air planes that isn't on air tankers?

Do you have them set as Ready for action?

yep, they are turned on.

I just found out that i can dispatch them to a staging area. So it seems that the max range for incidents on smoke jumper planes and wildland lead planes is not right.

I posted here since this thread relates to firefighting plane stations. Why is it that even though I have the wildland extension active for Wildland Air Command for lead planes, I can not move a lead plane from one station to the other? The station I want to move it to is active but it does not even show up in the list. In fact, it does not appear you can move a plane or helicopter of any time in the firefighting stations from one to the other?

it wont even let me move regular planes much less lead planes and smoke jumper planes... with extensions complete and available. and there is room. When you try to move one, they do not even show on the list as an available place.. none of the firefighting place stations show up "unless" you want to move people.

As of Oct 20 2023 this is still an ongoing issue for me.
Cant buy or move planes around.
Several times contacting support via email and chat with nothing.Ranger
