Schools, hospitals, and prisons. It's easy to find in the game.

it would be nice to be able to reward members with credits from alliance funds. if they do something good or useful

It would be nice if everyone could be trusted to use it correctly, and not use other players' credits to reward their friends.

guys, is there reason why i cant transport prisoners to the alliance prison?

Prisons have a limited transport range, from what I've heard. Also check if you have built a cell in it yet or if it's full.

Would be nice if you could make a lump sum donation to the alliance fund to facilitate a building or expansion.

Alliance funds are to be used in the construction of Jails / Hospitals / Prisons. Department construction is something the Alliance funds are not able to be used for but it would be nice to have that implemented someday
