Can someone explain what exactly this is????

Somthing electrical was poorly installed and caught fire, name doesnt make sense but thats what i think
-
why do americans get all the cool small fires.... here on aus we have like 6 small fires you have about 100
-
I was going to make a post asking the same thing! Devs need to up their game in regards to grammar. Simply 'Electrical fire' would be so much better .

I think its a stretch of an idea to make another mission, maybe they should take some of the ideas of those who have put forward different call types and run with those, instead of missions like this. I asked AI what type of call it was and it had no clue

Why is the US version getting so spesific with calls
-
Even if everything goes fine ou might get old being outside with your sleigh for a long time 🥶 So why not go home and have a nice cup of hot chocolate to warm up? 🍫☕️ But suddenly the cup slips out of your hand and the hot liquid causes painful injuries n your body. 😩 This is what happens in our new mission
I can relate to this new call, hot chocolate is dangerous (not 5k for an ambulance dangerous, but still dangerous)
The typos in the system message could use some work.

In american It would cost the person 5k for hot choc injuries

I've turned off the season's missions, and the burning xmas decorations and stolen hot cross buns do my head in, I know I don't get the points but I also don't care.

or just pour some water on it and pretend it doesn't hurt

Translation issues most likely.
