Change Cardiac infarction to Cardiac Arrest
I have a sneaking suspicion that this might have been lost in translation, as I cannot find anything in English called Cardiac infarction.

Close enough. But we'll look into changing it.

I feel it's correct as is because a cardiac infarction means heart attack but the only thing I find is wrong is that for it to be a heart attack it is called a myocardial infarction.

I think to the casual player i think they may not have any medical knowledge so it might not be a bad change

Even with my medical knowledge I had to look it up. I would definitely recommend changing to to Cardiac Arrest.
Especially since you will never hear the specific medical terminology over the radio. You will hear cardiac arrest or possible heart attack used. The name is a source of humor though.
Any chance that it would require an ambulance AND a fly-car attendance?
Here in the UK at EMAS we always send a truck and a car to get at least three staff on scene to help. The car normally travels into hospital as well if it's a workable arrest.
I would recommend just sending an engine or other fire apparatus and a fly car as an added asset for role play purposes. Being a US-based game I would assume Sebastian is allowing for players to add fire apparatus as they desire in compliance with the standard cardiac arrest response here.
In the real world as a first responder in the US (California) I know that a dispatcher just gives a description/narrative/facts of signs and symptoms not a diagnosis such as an MI or ACA.
A typical call for such an event would go out like this :
Unit #
Location
Age
Sex (m/f)
Signs/symptoms (shortness of breath, pain in chest/arm ,etc.)
History (priors)
Special notes (CPR started,access codes,dog,room,meds,witness,etc.)
My agencies standard would be to send an ALS (Paramedic) engine/truck and a EMS.(Sheriff for scene safety,traffic/crowd control if needed/requested)
The way the ambulance system works in the game would not allow this plus the way it is at the moment allows you to tailor it to you local area
