can we choose the area where calls spawn? like be able to choose the radius of each stations calls.
or make a feature where we can highlight the map and enter it.

6 miles is 10 kilometers (roughly). @WOLFMAN450 is correct
The distance will vary, meaning that just because you have yet to have a call spawn at the max distance it doesn't mean that it won't happen.

false. there is no way it is 6 miles. it should be that though... or at least 5.
but currently i predict it is only set at around 1.5 mile radius from my police stations.

In the very center of those circles is my police station. the first circle is a 1.5 mile radius, the big circle is a 6 mile radius.
taking a closer look at this, right at about the edge of the little circle is the furthest point ive ever had a call. (keep in mind ive been playing for many years.)ive never had a call for that station anywhere out of the little circle.
the big circle being the 6 mile radius which you guys are saying the game is set at... your obviously wrong. ive NEVER had a call outside the little circle.
with that said i hope this gets fixed because a 6 mile radius would be way more fun and realistic, and would acually make the patrol feature useful. (I personally think 5 mile radius would be perfect)

theres the website, enter the distance on the bottom and click a spot on the map to make a radius and you will see it is not 6 miles...

Are we debating on wether we get calls closer than 5-6 miles or farther?
Cause there's times I get calls within a mile of my stations which has happened only twice so far that I can remember. Right down the road from them. I will be sure to have a screenshot of this as proof when it does happen again. I use the mobile app so this big circle little circle I don't have.
As far as farther than 5-6 miles then I have no idea.

I have asked Sebastian for the exact maximum distance that calls can spawn around a station, I will update here once I get an answer.

When you go to dispatch units you have a list of vehicles, if you set the Max. to let's say 100km, your units that are further than 100km will not be dispatched, only units below that Value (Helicopters not included, those don't have a limit I believe)

i think what is happening is if you have a POI within the 10 kilometers of a station u can get a call.
but im not talking aboit POI calls. Ive never had a non POI call such as a shooting outisde 1.5 miles...
Maybe you haven't seen this the right way, nobody else has this issue, call spawn within 10km and that's it
