Agreed. Fire only ever attend as part of an existing CFR agreement.
If anything, you'd expect police to attend a dead child.

As far as I'm aware across the UK no fire service attends CPR calls unless they have a Co-Responder which most don't anymore.
This call should require 1x police irv, and have a small chance to require 2x irv & 1 sgt. It's standard procedure for police to attend any child in cardiac arrest

A select few stations in Scotland have partnered with the ambulance service to attend out of hospital cardiac arrest incidents but of course keep in mind this is limited to a very select number of stations and in fairness I would always send the nearest OHCA pump to the normal cardiac arrest call anyway.

Some of Scotland especially Highlands can be dispatched as a first responder of sorts, but it's only a select pool and it's definitely not a requirement - more if an ambulance is a while away in remote regions

in here pumps can be sent when a ambulance has a long running time to a cat 1 or cat 2 often used to meet response requirements

I had submitted various calls, one of which was "Paediatric Cardiac Arrest" with C1 code, 100% transport and critical care chance. Mission requiring 2 x Ambulance and 1 x OTL.
The variant added was created by the DEVs and not suited towards our version.

Thank you! I knew this was done by the devs rather then you guys. We can only hope they do better next monday or we are going to have the same issue.
Also it being "sensitive" pretty much any emergency is? We already have a normal cardiac arrest (which I hope will be updated to include more realistic requirements) Crashes happen, Fires Happen, Firearms incidents happen? What are we to do remove all of these calls and only have "slips and falls" or "cat stuck up a tree". This is an EMERGENCY SERVICE game. If you cannot handle emergencies like this, its not the correct game for you,
