Patients treated & taken to hospital before Specialist Equipment arrives!!

In real life if someone is stuck on a high voltage mast or stuck in a tree that could trigger a response from a technical rescue team which is most likely not the first in units, probably coming from farther away. It’s not out of the realm of possibilities that the first arriving units, especially if one is a ladder could get the person down and they could be loaded up and transported before the arrival of the technical rescue team

Totally get where you’re coming from. I’d imagine there’s some complicated coding requirements to doing it, or maybe it’s just not been considered worthwhile as a business change - bear in mind they have to consider their profits above all else, otherwise it’s not worth their time to run the game at all. That all being said, I do think it’s worth pushing and would like it as a realism update.

On a side note, the capitalisation of words comes across as shouting and makes your posts hard to read. Italics would look better and you wouldn’t come across as angry - which probably puts people off supporting you. Either way, good suggestion in essence

On a desktop, the blue bar you see at the top of where you write a reply has B I U on it. The I is for Italic. I'm not sure about mobile.

Yes Platform travels for an Hour before job is closed even though the patient is at the Hospital lol

I think this is simple fix, just making the patient spawn at the end of the call

A good amount of calls that I get already say at the bottom "patient generated at end of mission"
