I have over 250 stations across 7 areas however two of the areas are split between me and my friend.
Over 80 ambulance stations including every station in the East of England Ambulance Service.
Currently saving up 25,000,000 to buy over 100 police stations all at level 2 upgrade.
4 Police Helicopters
8 Air ambulances including one in Manchester to support the alliance in the North West.
2 Fire schools.
7 Police schools.
Over 25 hospitals.

NPAS is the police helicopter.
I'm just going through my ambulance setup now, it's a massive take assigning my 300+ ambulances with new callsigns and locations.
I did the math for my units and it's a little scary. Between New York City and two counties in Wisconsin I have:
18 police stations with 31 police cars and 10 swat trucks. 2 police helipads with 1 helo each.
9 EMS Stations with 17 ambos. 1 air ambo
202 Fire stations with 223 engines, 125 ladders, 14 heavy rescues, 48 battalion chiefs, 36 utilities, 8 mobile air, 23 water tankers, 12 hazmats, 9 mobile commands, 74 fire department ambos, 5 fire department paramedic intercepts.
I'm not even close to finishing the two areas. I may have a small issue and addiction. lol

My set up for Columbus FD in Columbus Ohio I have 33 FDs 9 PDs 7 hospitals 1 active EMS station 1 reserve EMS 1 reserve FD building holding extra trucks now 1 airport station 1 Fire Academy 1 Police academy and 1 PD for nothing but swat and once airport is finished I'm getting the rest of the Franklin county area FDs then starting on Toronto Fire Service then LACOFD

I had no interest in police, now i have almost completed my fire setup (Almost every vehicle in every brigade) and i almost have every ambulance station across London (Already have all of EMAS in my area and every EEAS station) I will then focus on police, i know police stations go up in price after 24 but i earn a fair bit if i just get maximum calls and clear them so hopefully i will be ok, I have things such as police schools and helicopters for when i need them though.

My Area(s). Setting up in Southern California on the left, in the Huntington Beach area, and then Newfoundland's Capital in Canada, St. John's and surrounding cities.
Have been adding ambulance extensions to all my fire stations to provide greater medical coverage, but no flycars/ambulances at any Canadian stations, and only some of the American stations. This will hopefully continue to expand soon
