  • I think the smoke in the area, calls should be down graded to just 1 pump

    Mate, that isn't how it works in Australia. Especially during the fire season, the minimum response for any smoke investigation would be 2 trucks. We had one this week my brigade went to that was 3 trucks and a Bulk Water Carrier

    It really Depends In tas during super hot Extreme fire danger we have a rule that every call has the amount of truck doubled

  • I reckon that for now, while we don't have CAFS Bushfire Tankers, there shouldn't be a CAFS Pumper requirement. Once there is CAFS Tankers then they should be added

    So in regards to that. We dont require a specific CAFS unit. They act as a foam unit and they all fill the role so you need to require a foam unit then set how much foam you think is needed
