ok thats what i thought i saw hard to get my alliance to post damn courses the ones running it seem to not want to bother and bitch if you ask
Might be time to find a new alliance then. It should not be an issue to ask for courses. One would suggest if they dont want to do it then they shouldn't have an admin role.

What I have done was anyone who joins my alliance and they do not have their own academy I make them Alliance Educator so in that case it allows them to run their own classes
Game warden does act as a patrol however can’t transport, k9 also can act as a patrol car, and can transport, for me at least. Let me know if that shouldn’t be happening, make since to me personally as I know of ways you can make a K-9 unit also a one person transport vehicle and have two police officers in front no matter the car type especially IRL.

K-9 doesn't transport. Only patrol car and sheriff have the ability to transport prisoners.

Okay, then I must be reading mine wrong because there’s been times my K9 has had transport requests, or it used to, haven’t tried lately.

Okay for me it has changed as it used to when it used to be only available unit but now it doesn’t. But not gonna argue this anymore as I know what I know on my stuff that’s gonna be hard to prove and unless someone else has been on my account and can see my calls I know I am right about this.
When K9 was first implemented, it had the ability to transport prisoners. When we reminded the developer how bad of an idea it would be to put a prisoner into the dog's kennel, it was removed. The change took a few weeks to implement, several years ago.

It will show up as state 5 in 2 cases
1 a call escalates while they are on scene.
2 they can go to transport mode if they are the only unit o/s but it won't let you transport them it's basically a notification to send a patrol car

so if i send an EMS Fire Engine/Ambulance to a scene does it count as both an ambo and a fire eng? cause ive done it and still had to send a fire truck. also why is it ive sent a quint to a tree on the road and still had to send a rescue engine.

yes almost all but 1 or 2 have all fully qualified personnel and i am training the rest
ol i have another question as to the game.. why is it a quint cant be used for a crushed person incident and i still have to send a heavy rescue/rescue engine same goes for broken glass incedent.. a quint is a multirole truck so it should still suffice as a rescue engine also.

In this game a quint is just that.... a quint... an engine with an aerial, pump, hose, water and ground ladders. While some folks do have their quints equipped in real life for special or heavy rescue it is not the case in the game. A quint can replace a Platform and where an Engine and Platform are required (such as damaged roof) you can just send the quint. In this game the "Rescue Engine" is the dual role as a squad or engine.
It is a trio unit (not saying it hasn't been done in UK before but theses are the most common units in one) however on UK it is a Hazmat, Welfare, BASU. And a 2 Firearms Officer, traffic cR and police car in one but they both have draw backs like the ATc has half the amount of staff as a normal firearms car and the OSU needs staff captain and training so it gets balanced out
